Complete Building Envelope by Hytech Roofing
Hytech Roofing provided full building envelope services for Alderwood Elementary School in Bellingham, WA, working in partnership with RAM Construction. From the air barrier to cladding to the roof, every system was selected for long-term durability to support this vital community asset.
We installed VaproShield WrapShield SA, a self-adhered, vapor-permeable air barrier across the entire structure. The rainscreen siding package included a mix of resilient, low-maintenance materials: Metal Sales 20G wall panels with 30-year Kynar finish, Hardie Artisan® ship lap siding, and Resysta® wood-look cladding, which is 100% wood-free and comes with a 25-year warranty.
On the roof, Hytech installed a high-performance system featuring Carlisle SynTec 60 mil TPO, R-38 insulation, a high-density coverboard, and full air and vapor protection.
All sheet metal components on the entire building were fabricated in-house and installed by our trained team.
