Hytech installed the entire exterior envelope of this new community building, from the roofing installation at the top to the exterior insulation, weather barrier. siding. and flashing assemblies on the walls. The roofing system incorporated R-38 rigid polyisocyanurate insulation. a high-density cover board, a cutting-edge air and vapor barrier, and a fully-adhered 60-mil TPO roof. For the siding system. Hytech utilized a continuous Thermax extruded insulation board system by DOW, featuring an integrated liquid air and vapor weather barrier. The team then installed various architectural components, including ACM panels by Laminators Inc., multiple corrugated metal siding systems, smooth soffits, and truckloads of custom flashings. The architectural siding products were securely attached to the walls using Knight Wall’s proprietary
rainscreen components.
